Stephanie does a fantastic job running the show! The studio is always clean, friendly and welcoming! Started yoga almost 7 years ago. I took teacher training and developed a NEW wonderful life style. It changed my life! I don't teach BUT going to school for 3 months - learning proper poses... it created a habit that has made me a healthier, happier person.

This studio is incredible. I have tried numerous CorePower studios during my tenure with the company and this one is a gem. The instructors have created such a sense of community within this beautiful space. The students feel friendship with each other AND with the instructors. Furthermore, the classes are not just a workout, which is a common criticism of CorePower by true Yogis. The instructors at this location have found an incredible way to seamlessly blend a full mind body experience. I leave class and feel as if I am powerful, as if I am ready to take on what life has to give me. I feel healed and I feel happy. I cannot recommend this studio enough, please go, you will thank yourself.
