Everyone is warm and welcoming. And whether you’re an experienced yogi or a first timer the classes are challenging but also easy to follow along with. Great music, great teachers, great workouts!
I’m new to yoga and at first I was a bit intimidated by the more experienced members. However, it’s a very inviting and the instructors are really good explaining the movements and flow of the classes. I just wish we could lose the masks, but it is what it is in the current pandemic, so it’s not that bad.

Great studio that's big and clean. This was my first class at this location in Medford and I LOVED how well the heating system worked for the HPF class I took :)
Yoga sculpt is my favorite and Dan Mcanally is the BEST teacher ever (Fresh Pond, Cambridge, MA). Great selection of clothing in the stores. I don't like the return process where you can only get store credit considering we can't try anything on when we're sweaty after class. Also, the Fresh Pond studio needs to be cleaned more often. The women's locker room never looks clean (even at a 6am class - first of the day).

Great studio space! Very spacious and clean. Instructors are so lively and really motivate you to push yourself in your practice, while still having fun. Love the positive vibes here!

I signed up for a core 2 class thinking it would be really difficult since i havent done yoga in about a year. Instead the teacher was amazing and talked through the moves from easiest to most challenging. It was a great environment to get back into it and I will definitely be returning!
The energy brought from Maureen was so beautiful & productive. I am a beginner to the practice of yoga, and her guidance throughout the class was so helpful & effective in assisting my ability to flow. I am so grateful for my experience in being able to participate in this class, and I look forward to taking more of her classes!

CorePower Yoga is giving me the grounding and stability have been missing all these past months. I love in-person classes as I feed from teachers' motivation and other yogis. While my body detox in every class through a good sweat, my mind finds peace and focus.
