This was my first time at CP Medfod. Trevor was a great instructor! I really appreciated his intentional and grounding techniques in Glow Flow.
Great experience, small but neat studio with great teachers. HPF with Sydney had a great vibe and plenty of heat. Would recommend! Sydney's HPF was the best class I've taken in a long time. Thank you!
The best part of the experience is Erika! The sequence had variety - I wasn’t bored at all. And, it was super challenging- I was exhausted (in a good way). Kudos to Erika!

This class was great! This instructor mentioned they were new at the end of the class and everyone in the room was visabily shocked. The class was seamless and she was a natural. It was a great way to start a Sunday - can't wait to go back!

Great class. Like the heat and especially like yoga sculpt. The Medford location didn't seem super clean yesterday (lots of stuff on the floor yesterday including ants in studio 1) but in general has been good. Nice teachers.
