I enjoy the pace and the knowledge my instructors have. I leave class feeling mentally fresh and my body feels loose. I love Monday night yoga because it’s a great way to start the week.

The practice space is great and teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. I usually take C2 classes. It is a mindful and engaging yoga sequencing that balances both flexibility and strength with great demonstration of postures. Corepower yoga is my regular yoga practice
(at least 3 times a week) for few years now.
Strongly recommend.

The quality of sculpt instructors is amazing compared to Kendall Square. So great please do not loose your amazing instructors.
The instructors are excellent, especially Margaret, Jenni D, Maureen, and Widya! I also really like having access to showers in the locker room. And the location is super convenient for me — easy parking, halfway between home and work.
On vacation from Portland, Oregon. Great studio! Patrick greeted me and was very nice, he also taught the sculpt class which was absolutely packed with people. You know that’s a good sign the instructor is going to be awesome!
Doubled up that day and took Hannah’s C2 yoga right after sculpt. Hannah was an amazing yoga instructor. Challenging sequence which I loved! heated. I could tell Hannah was en experienced teacher who maintains her own practice AND teaches which is ideally what makes CorePower Yoga consistently a great experience wherever you go.

Margaret’s classes are fantastic. Clean locker room, studios, and reception/seating area. Easy parking. Ground floor studio is big and comfortable. The other two studios feel claustrophobic.
Katie led me through a fantastic experience! I have not practiced yoga for several years and honestly forgot some of the basics. Her cues were on point - I was able to practice without overthinking. Her energy was also AMAZING! It was the ultimate mix of energy, focus and relaxation!

Love the staff and the community at Medford! Lulu is an amazing manager and instructor, and all around fantastic human being! I've been at Medford long enough to see her get promoted to the managerial role and I'm so proud of her! And Widya splits her time between other studios, but having her at Medford is a dream come true! She has the best energy for sculpt and csx, and I wish she taught more at Medford!

I am a nurse practitioner here in the area on a contract assignment. I’ve been here since November, and had it not been for a CorePower Yoga I could have been very depressed. I can only speak to the studio in Newton, as this is where I have attended most often, but the staff is amazing. They make you feel welcome and part of the family. They have brought me a great deal of joy.
I love the community at CorePower Comm Ave. the classes are always a perfect mix of challenging and restorative.
Teachers are friendly, experienced and prepared. Especially appreciate Eliza and Mariah. Classes start on time and are well paced. Facility is clean. I always feel better after my class than before!
