The class was AMAZING! Challenging, original, and so fun. Unfortunately, I live in Canada, but will 100% be back next time I’m visiting family in Boston.
Nice facilities. Good showers. Approachable staff. 2 rooms looks small and classes are a little cozy sometimes, but good enough. A little pricey, and I expected more community, but a good motivating workout. I went to a class where I was the only man there, which was kind of awkward. But would recommend for most women who can afford it to get or stay fit.
I loved everything about it - loved the class format. The first intructor didn't have a microphone which was tough, but second class did which was super helfpul. Love the format of the class. My biggest issue is the location - Newton Corner is trafficky so tough to get to. Do you have any studios opening in the Needham/Wellesley/Natick area? (:

I love the frequency of the classes so I can always find one that fits my schedule, and the value for the unlimited membership is good in my opinion for how much I use it

Great workout
I loved the full body workout. The center was clean and inviting. The instructor was clear throughout class. She was aware that it was my first class and welcomed me, gave me bits of praise throughout the class, and she checked in with me afterwards. I felt very welcome and look forward to joining and coming back.
Turn down the music so we can connect with ourselves especially during vinyasa and be able to hear the instructor.

The studio is very clean, the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, the lockers rooms are clean and the location is perfect!!
I felt welcomed at the facility. the locker room and bathroom mens area was clean and tidy. the instruction was consistent during class and the directions are clear and supportive. each instructor has brought a personalized element to their practice and that resonates well with me. We are each on our own journey and draw inspiration from each other, not see each other as obstacles or unattainable levels of fitness which we compare our performance against.
