I include CPY in my gratitude practice daily. I love the teachers, the heat, the environment, the view, the parking...the list goes on.

It's become my safe space over the last few months since joining the membership instead of using classpass.

Can't say enough good things about it - I love it here!

I like that the instructor was nice, she demonstrated the poses and explained them. This was greatly appreciated as I am a novice. The instructor also orientated myself to the facility, again very helpful.

Kimberly is an awesome and inspiring instructor. She makes class feel more like a community which is lacking in a lot of the CorePower classes.

Valerie's HPF was phenomenal! She kept the studio hot and the stretching is exactly what my body needed after rigorous strength training. Her awesome playlist was an added bonus. She's an awesome addition to the South Loop team!

i love when the room is really hot for hpf. it’s kind of hit or miss sometimes and south loop tends to be more consistent. i also love maria and kimberly’s classes.

I enjoy Core Power yoga! I enjoy the diversity in instructors. I like that some instructors are very intentional about their practice and make you feel safe and sense of belonging no matter if you’re beginner/advance student.
