The Yoga Sculpt class was really intense! It actually wasn't very yoga-ish, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll be looking for more classes like it in the NYC area, and if I'm in town again I'd definitely come back. I just felt SO GOOD after class!

I love that the instructors at Gold Coast have their personal flows that are different than the "canned" CPY flows (sam d for sculpt, dominika for flow are amazing!!!) I just wish the studio didn't get overly heated and steamy compared to other studios. Sometimes, especially during crowded classes, it gets almost impossible to breathe.

Maggie the instructor for Yoga Sculpt is awesome. I think she is very knowledgeable and her workouts are tough but I need in a very good way. She understood my struggle with my knees and gave me pointers on how to modify the exercise so I wouldn't be in pain.
Her class last week was even better than this week only because for me she did more of the core/arms/shoulder work on your knees which was a nice break from standing and doing so many squats which are difficult for me. I was able to do the exercises sitting cross legged which was much easier for me.
The store manager at the Gold Coast store was also extremely friendly and helpful as well.

It's such a great break from a busy day
Corepower is very consistent in different locations. I also like the variety of classes.

The Corepower at Old Orchard offer cold lemon lavender cloths after at the end of each class during shavasana. This is a very nice touch that students look forward to after a class which I would like to see offered at the Gold Coast Studio also.

The whole place was peaceful and quiet! Exactly what I wanted after a rough day at work. It meant a lot to see all the yoga teachers really enveloped in their craft. Everyone was very professional and not only did I get an awesome work out, but it felt like a spa treatment. I hope the core power near me has staff as great as the Gold Coast location!
The gold coast studio is always clean and the teachers are great. They have classes all day and have multiple types of classes throughout the day.
I like the class times and instructors. However, the floor in the corner of the room near the humidifier is uneven. It is one of my favorite spots because it is in the front of the room and has a front and side view with the mirror, but the floor is uneven-not good for balancing!
