Everyone is really nice and friendly. Made me feel welcome. The difficulty of the classes was exactly right for me. Pushed me but wasn't impossible.
I prefer the quieter music and the hot 90 minute classes!

I like the times the classes are offered, the quality of the instructors, and the fact that there is always room in the class. Never too packed to enjoy it.
The studios are spacious, comfortable and clean. The C2 class I took was well-executed with clear instructions and great music.
Appreciate the recent addition of a 5:45 am class!
