Think core power Instructors are very good teachers- They offer modifications and suggestions and model proper technique. Most importantly they are constantly mixing it so I don’t get ores doing same class each time.

This is a great studio. The classes are pretty convenient times, I can bike to it and I get a good sweat every time I go. The only improvement I can think of is just having the weight rack in the actual room, not in the closet. I always dread having to wait in line to put my weights away and it is cramped back there.

The level of professionalism at my CP studios is something that always impresses me. And the instructors are the best of the best, all of whom are alwaay engaged and engaging and very very genuine. And the energy from all both CP people and my fellow students keeps me coming back almost daily

Great teacher

Courtney was a great teacher. First class back in months and she made me feel right at home at the studio.

I like the consistency of the classes. A lot of teachers at other studios are so vastly different, you never know what you're going to get even though the class has the same name. Although Core Power is somewhat generic in it's approach, I actually appreciate it bc I know basically what I'm going to get. Of course, all the teachers have their style to set them apart, but they work within perameters that give the classes consistency. I also appreciate that most of the teachers' speaking has to do with refining the poses as opposed to giving us contrived spiritual growth teachings during class. This guru wanna be persona has become way too common with many yoga teachers & to me it's a huge turn off as well as totally distracting from the practice. I'm there to learn yoga, not to hear about personal growth philosophies ad nauseum. That said, I'm a deeply spiritual person, but yoga helps me to connect to that naturally without someone yacking in my ear about whatever their spiritual growth lesson of the day is. As soon as I started going to CP, I was relieved that your teachers simply teach yoga and don't pretend to be new age gurus. So thank you for that. Also, the music seems consistently good. Again, other studios sometimes play music that is way too loud, too intense, too annoying, and makes it hard to focus. I do appreciate the music to be more calm and quiet during Savasana, and it usually is at CP, but occasionally teachers play music that's a little too fast and makes it hard to just relax. Thank you for having so many locations and times available that it's easy to practice. Please bring back candlelight yoga!

I love the great teachers and challenging classes. The prices are more than I could pay if I hadn't recently come into some extra money.

The teacher was amazing

It was very nice to be back in the studio. I understand the tape on the floor keeping the social distance, but it would be better if the spots were staggered and not in front of a seam in the mirror. I felt bad being in the front row in front of a seam in the mirror and someone was directly behind me and couldn't see themselves in the mirror. It felt great to be back in there sweating, but it could have been warmer in the room. I loved that the instructor (terri) used a mobile mic, and so I feel like the music could have been louder. that's one of my favorite parts of class. being able to be in my own world on my mat surrounded by heat and music :)

Great instructors and clean studio!

Great teachers, its a nice mixture of exercises and classes! I also like consistency, and Tyler on Friday nights has been one of my favorites! He challenges us to think of our strengths, without pushing us to do it. Only we know the lengths our bodies can go :)

Jonathan’s doing a great job — he’s a good guide and I feel really comfortable with the studio’s protective measures while still keeping its vibe (been practicing here for 10+ years since shortly after it opened).

Good casual, but disciplined classes. I like that the studio did not go crazy blocking lockers. This had nothing to do with the virus and showed respect to those of us who took classes. Instructors are very good.

I was happy to be back in the studio.
The only thing that was a little off were the remaining “precautions “ such as shut showers, lack of blocks and straps.
COVID is not spread by touching objects as originally feared. These restrictions are silly and don’t comport with either law or science.
