I came in for a C2 drop in class, I haven't taken this class before and I felt like I was able to keep up. Felt the burn the next day for sure and it was great sweating it out to awesome music! Thanks again!
The instructors are welcoming and genuine and the studio itself is beautiful. I was skeptical about the class selection at first, however, I am now addicted to Yoga Sculpt! It is clear that the students love this studio

I love your Yoga Sculpt classes! They are fantastic workouts and I appreciate the changes I have observed in my strength and stamina. Every instructor, including the occasional sub, has been awesome! I'm addicted!!!

Your product is great. I know I can walk into any teacher's class and it will be above average. The only thing that I don't love is the predictability of every class. We do basically the same postures every time, almost in the same order. I took a class with Randy on Friday morning a couple weeks ago and he finally changed the standard. He instructed his class in a way that made it feel less routine. I really, REALLY wish there were more classes like that. He's a fantastic teacher. I love how he threads his theme throughout class, too. He's funny, hands on, and gives great modification cues. It's nice to keep things fresh and keep your brain guessing when not following the normal routine. When you do the same class every time, it feels like a lighter version of a Bikram class.
Unfortunately, I will have to cancel my membership after this month. It's too expensive...

I have only attended the Monday night candlelit class with Nancy and Seth, but I absolutely love it! Nancy has such a beautiful soothing voice, and Seth is very talented. I wish I could make it every week!!

Took Jen Wolkon's C1 Yoga Class as my first ever CPY experience and absolutely loved it! Her teaching style was perfect for me at a re-introductory level, she provided great adjustments throughout the class and plenty of relaxation techniques toward the end. One of the best yoga class playlists I've heard in a long time and lots of tips/tricks for beginners to keep them focused on their form.
