Friendly staff, challenging but not intimidating classes.
Outstanding guides. All are well versed in the art and science of yoga. Also, each class begins with practical life skill comments based on each guide's personal experience.

I like the classes that are more traditional yoga focused (less dance and aerobic focused). Core Power, no matter where I go, always has good classes, a clean and nice atmosphere and friendly people.

I like the welcoming atmosphere and sense of community. Even though I don't come regularly anymore, the instructors are always so welcoming, remember me, and encourage me throughout my practice.

DO NOT LIKE the fact that there is no fan or ventilation in the women's locker room. It is like a sauna in there after each class.

The 'yoga sculpt' and "c2 yoga" products have been very effective getting me in superb physical condition. The detox/sweat factor is an added benefit, which increases my overall energy and skin clarity. Sculpt and c2 mix well with my overall exercise regimen, which includes running and weight lifting. I like how the instructors put a lot of effort into their classes to make them challenging, fun and inspiring. Its a true talent they possess. I mostly go to the Grant location for yoga sculpt with Amanda.
I believe strongly that yoga is an excellent form of exercise that produces results.
CorePower LoHi offers a great selection of products in the main lobby - all of the items are so cute. Additionally, the two classes I've taken have had wonderful, down-to-earth teachers. There seems to be a range of classes for all levels, and the environment has been very welcoming when I've been there. Keep it up!
I love the teachers at COBO. Amber Wo (although she is moving), Claire, Patty, Jodie, Risa and Ming are some of my favs! I would love to see Jess Kos back at this studio!! I know she is back at Chills but ... I like we need some Kos love.
It was my first time attending this studio and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. My instructor helped me throughout my class and was great at instructing.
I loved Jay's C2 and felt immediately welcomed to the Denver CPY community when I took a class there while on vacation.
