It was great coming in from out of town and feeling so welcomed despite it not being my home studio! It was great to take a sculpt with a little bit of the teacher's own flair to the warmup as well! Always fun when you don't know what to expect next!

I like the concept core power offers and have recommended this business to many friends and family. It would be great to have the showers and studios cleaned more deeply and more often(at the Mockingbird studio)
Also after visiting 9 other Core Power Studios, I would like to suggest that you bring in the lavender Face Cloth amenity to this studio.

Marco is an excellent instructor! I was visiting my hometown in Dallas, from LA, and was grateful to be able to take class from Marco. I had never taken a C2 class previously...I usually can only take HPF late nights due to my schedule in LA and I'd taken C1 before. But Marco's C2 class was so intense and challenging!! Not to mention his wit and humor helped keep my spirits afloat when I would feel defeated or pushing my edge. I hope to visit home soon and catch another class with Marco when I'm back in Dallas! Please give him my gratitude for his energy and inner light.
