I love the Hot Power Fusion class - it is very easy to follow along with the sequence but also makes me push myself to hold the poses and stretch when I need to. Loved it!!

I love the teachers of my classes and the great workout of Yoga Sculpt! The instructors in all my classes have been so helpful in understanding that I'm a beginner and consistently give me feedback and direction as I'm still new to yoga!
Enjoyed the classes. Staff really quick to jump in and help when needed, especially at the front when I walked in for the first time and wanted to sign up for a class. Everyone was super helpful and nice!
I like the nice friendly staff. The teacher's always are in good spirits and make you feel welcome and at home. Your men's locker room is clean, however I wish they would keep the door closed. It seems they have the door permanently open and that is kind of uncomfortable when I am showering and changing. I especially like attending classes with Francesca and Jay. They have tons of positive energy and I always learn something new from them.

I liked the Yoga Sculpt class and the mix of cardio. I also enjoyed the music.
The instructor was fabulous! She made me feel comfortable and was explanatory in her directions. I was confident in her knowledge.
The room was a little too warm for being the next class after a hot yoga class, it was still a little much for me.
The front desk was welcoming and friendly.

I loved that you guys offered a core restore class! They don’t offer that class at the studio I usually attend. I love a late class, at the Boulder studio there is a 10pm class which is great for college students. SMU students may appreciate a late class, but also may not! I attended the last class of the day and it was very empty. I appreciated the small class. The studio was so clean and calm, a great atmosphere. The employees were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to a friend!!
All the instructors are very friendly and encouraging. I feel very comfortable when I walk in the door. I have also been to several Corepowers and enjoyed my experience at all but I do think that Preston Forest is the nicest facility.
My only not so positive feedback is that I have trouble with the updated app. I used the old one a lot to check classes. I have a much harder time on this one. It may just be me but just thought I would share.
