I love CPY!!! I have tried out several different studios and methods and nothing compares. There are tons of locations and class times so it’s super convenient for the committed yogi or newbie! While the sequence of the classes may only vary slightly each teacher put their own spin on the class and you quickly find your favorites.

The location on Henderson is walkable from my apartment. I also love the time options and also the type of class. The Hot power fusion is my favorite class and wish I was able to participate every day!!

* Locker Rooms & Studio are very clean and welcoming
DISLIKE:
* To many studios (Yoga Sculpt included) have the music WAY TOO LOUD!. If you're going to have it that loud, get the instructor a wireless mic so we can hear them. GEEZ!
* Classes are over crowded. Monday night yoga Sculpt had over 50 people (I counted). There was not enough room to correctly do the exercises and I kept getting hit by the girl next to me.

I love CPY. The staff and instructors make an effort to learn my name which gives a personal neighborhood feel. One of the reasons I chose CPY. The variety of classes and times also make this studio easily accessible.
