Caroline, Jamie, Hannah and the CP Mockingbird team are awesome, upbeat and get our day started right! I feel like a new man since I started attending sessions at CP.
Clean studio, nice teacher, and I felt very comfortable from the moment I stepped in! The class was well paced and challenging enough to give me a great workout.
I love the flexibility of times to fit in my schedule. I also really enjoy that every teacher doesn't have the exact same sequence and that they get switched up every few weeks.
The poses are good and i am probably the most flexible i have ever been.
I do crossfit too, yoga is more of an experience with the group.
The instructor was wonderful. Front desk greetings and salutations were friendly and genuine. Locker room was clean and water was nice and warm!

Love love core power yoga. Have went for years. BUT the classes are becoming too full. There should be a limit and give everyone a little more space. I also believe Fort Worth needs an additional location.
