This a very friendly well run well organized studio. I'm a huge fan and attend classes regularly. Parking can be tight when they are busy but there is an overflow lot which I just discovered.
The instructors at this location are very understanding, patient, and bring a lot of fun to the classes!
I enjoy all the instructors in the classes I typically attend, and the substitute instructors for the classes I've taken, all are very good. I do enjoy the variety each individual brings to class. The studio is always well outfitted (including the practice studios, and bathrooms) and clean. The retail offerings are also of good quality, good variety and include brands I know and trust.

The classes and instructors are awesome. The studio and lockerroom need a deep clean. The floor and equipment should be washed between classes, and the vents are filthy.
Everything- excellent teachers, who are progessional friendly and well-trained - always a great vibe and a very good mix of classes and activities. The facility is great and always very clean,

The Preston location is a very well run and clean studio. Most of the teachers are experienced, but even the newly trained teachers are very good. You can tell that the teachers take the advancement of their own practice seriously. I love the variety and abundance of classes, which means I can generally find a class to fit into my schedule. Great job, CPY!
The instructors are so great. Music is wonderful. I’ve been taking a lot of sculpt classes at westbend. The other day I took a fusion class with Kymberly, I believe, to stretch and center myself. This was the most challenging class I’ve ever taken. She was so knowledgeable and soothing in her presentation, and her flow was beautiful. I also enjoyed her playlist. I don’t think my body has ever pushed itself this hard. I needed it. Love CorePower

The instructor was excellent! This was my first time to do yoga, and she made me feel comfortable and gave good instruction so that I could follow, even with no prior experience. Great sweat and very calming. I’ll definitely be back.
The instructors are amazing- especially LaNasha, Caryn, Meredith, Morgan, Damien/David, and Kaite. Love the variety of the class offering.
I have really enjoyed the yoga sculpt classes with Alex, Regan, and Andrea. They make me feel so welcomed whenever i walk in the studio.
