Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with fretted me with a warm smile, ensured that I was comfortable and informed of the services.
I very much enjoyed the infrared sauna (I would've never thought I'd enjoy it as I'm not crazy about heat) and felt so relaxed and ready for the deep tissue massage.
I rarely get 90 minute massages. This massage was very effective in releasing stress, tension and pain in my IT band and ham strings.
Upon exiting I was informed of the promotions that Prema Health was offering and the benefits of each.

Friendly, responsive front desk staff. I tried to book online on short notice but the transaction did not go through. I left a voicemail that was promptly returned and I was able to confirm my appointment. The facility is bright and clean and welcoming, and my first body talk session with Valerie was eye-opening and I have experienced relief in some physical symptoms already. She is very warm and passionate about her work and I can't wait for my next appointment with her! I will also try other services because my first visit to Prema was so positive.
