I've only had one massage in the last few years (last week with Sarah Glass) and it was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Sarah (and Prema Health).

I like the variety of treatments and the clinic/spa like atmosphere. I like the workshops. I like that I can usually book both my husband and I in for treatments at the same time. I like that I can usually get in for an appointment with out booking way in advance.

What do you like about our services?

Every experience I have had with Prema Health has always been a positive one. Since I have become a member, my overall health and well being has improved dramatically. When I come in for treatment, I feel listened to, taken care of and appreciated. Prema Health has become an integral part of my life in Calgary and I'm so happy it exists! Thank you!
