The customer service was great. We usually go to a different Camp Bow Wow in Durham and the receptionist called the Durham location to get all of their records and get everything ready for the dogs to stay in Concord. This made the trip so much easier on us. The dogs received lots of exercise and they seemed to sleep for days after they got home. I even received a very cute picture of them in their cabin while we were away. It was great! They were also bathed and had nails trimmed before we picked them up and the dogs looked and smelled great. Altogether we are very happy with the services.
The surprising part for us was that there were no packages offered for their long stay (something we receive at the Durham location that we thought would be more standard across Camp Bow Wow locations). The dogs stayed 13 nights and there was no discounted package or % off or free bath for the lengthy stay. At the Durham location there are stay packages we can purchase, or get a certain % off after staying a number of nights consecutively, and they get a free bath after staying 10 nights.
Our dogs loved going to Camp Bow Wow and it was still worth every penny when they came back healthy, tired, and very happy. Thanks so much!

My baby penny just loves it there. She has some health issuse so i get nervous when i am not with her, but i always know she is well looked after when she is there. She runs and plays all day and is nice and exhausted when she comes home. I do not know what i would do without camp bow wow, both when i travel amd just for day care. You all are great. Thank you so much for you loving care of my baby.

Your care for my fur babies is most important. I like that i can bring their own food,that I can have them bathed if I want,that you will administer medication if they need it. I did like that you would administer Bordetella vaccine if they are due for it. UNFORTUNATELY...you don't do this any more. I love that staff always remember my babies.

Everyone there truly loves the dogs and takes delight in them. I've had to travel a good bit over the last few years and I know my elderly dog is well taken care of and happy at Camp Bow Wow.
