Great facility, and caring staff.
The people who work at Camp BowWow really know our dogs. They notice unusual behaviors or physical problems and point them out. They love dogs and the dogs love them. I've been bringing my dog Cody to BowWow once a week for over a year. Cody races into the building never looking back. I have complete confidence leaving him with these amazing people.
Everything. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. They clearly love dogs and always make our dog feel very special and welcome. I know when she is there that she has a good time playing with other dogs and interacting with the staff. I am also very pleased with their grooming service. We are so grateful to have this business in our community!

Very Professional.
The staff are great and we always know that our kids are well cared for at camp. They also do a lot of special things and events that are fun and provide info to pet owners. They are also supportive of other community organizations. One of our favorite things is the seasonal pictures they do! The video is great too so that we can check in on the kids during the day. They also take the time to get to know the dogs’ favorite activities and plan time for the dogs to do those activities such as playing ball- which one of our dogs LIVE for as often as he can. The facility is well cared for and always clean. We have one puppy that had a hard time initially when coming to camp with our other dogs but, the staff worked with us and even though it took a few tries our puppy now LOVES camp and does very well. All in all, we love this camp😊

All the services provided are excellent and we use them all. What we like most about Camp Bow Wow is the staff. We know they truly care and love Gracie. It's so easy to leave her at Camp Bow Wow because we know she will be taken care of.
Super attentive to the pups! Seemed to genuinely care about making boarding feel like a vacation as possible.

CBW had the best hours of all the doggie day cares I found. I have to be at work at 7 when I’m in the field, so it’s great to be able to drop her off at 6:30 through the week.
I also really like the web cams. When I first got Layla, it was a relief to be able to check in on her and make sure she was doing alright throughout the day. CBW isn’t the cheapest place around, but the added features made it worth it for us.
The staff are all really nice and sweet to Layla also. I honestly don’t look at the webcams much anymore, as I know she’s in good hands. It also made our first boarding experience stress-free, knowing that she was going to be cared for by her friends.
Lastly, I don’t get so much as a “see ya!” or even usually a glance back in the morning when the staff comes out to get Layla, as she’s so excited to get inside and see all her friends. She obviously loves it there.
And I know I said lastly, but also...it’s kind of nice to have her drain all that puppy energy throughout the day so we can get some things done around the house in the evening every so often (other than playing ball...which is an important chore).
I enjoyed our first interview experience. The staff seemed very involved and caring towards our two dogs. It sounds like they were able to keep an eye on their behaviors and interactions with each other and with the other dogs. The only negative I would mention is that while viewing the dogs on the camera it appeared like there were many dogs within one play area.

I really like that they have listened to us in the past. When we have questions or concerns, we don't get some canned response. Someone really talks to us. I love that we can watch our dog on the video. And I see the interactions with the people that work there . They genuinely care for my puppy.

We love Camp Bow Wow and our dog loves it too. She is always so happy to see the team there and enjoys her time with them. We even have her bath and nails done there because she trusts the groomer.

There's always an update about how my puppies did at daycare. I like watching them on the cameras too so I can see how much fun they are having.
We love that our puppy can run around to get her energy out and socialize with other dogs. We also love how much the employees love our pup!
