I love Your facility and Associates , but I received an email offering a 10% dicount on services when I brought in My Dog’s updated shot records and when I attempted to use it I was told NO because I was Military and already received a special price . Not cool to send that offer and then deny it after the service is completed :(
This was my dog’s first experience at this location. He was there for 5 days and seemed very happy and slept for 2 days straight! I think he played really hard. We will be using the day camp and overnight in the future.
When our pup starts getting exciting when we turn on to the street that runs to Camp Bow Wow we smile. When he runs up the stairs and scratches at the door we smile. When he trots off with the camp counselor and doesn’t even look back we smile.
We’ve only been to our interview so far but Marilyn came home calm and happy!

Consistency! We go to camp Bow Wow in Albuquerque, where my dog Mole loves to go play. He figured out instantly "hey, I'm at Camp, time to play!" My husband and I had a great day visiting Colorado Springs, and my dog had a great time too.

The front desk staff was very nice. She was able to juggle multiple dogs coming in at once and was aware of everyone in the lobby.
The facility looked very clean and organized.
Watching on the web cam I could see the staff continually cleaning and interacting with the campers. They seem to really enjoy being with all the campers.

He had some runs after camp, but I'm not sure if that was just nerves or new dog food. He's fine now.

great staff! My goodness the manager got cots and 2 gals stayed overnight during blizzard last week. They go above and beyond. Leona as manager (not sure if she still is) is wonderful. My dog Lucas loves going here
Like the drop in policy instead of having to make reservations. Like that your half day is 6 hours, not 5, like the rest of the competition. Rates are reasonable and my dog loves it there - about chokes herself trying to get in the door. Employees are friendly.
Don't like the noise, but guess that comes with the territory and I often get her back wet from being sprayed, which concerns me a bit on cold days. She is not one to start fights, but will defend herself if attacked. Perhaps a different play group?
