Amanda at the front desk was personable and professional. She also was very friendly with my pup and answered all of my questions. I had to call in and ask for a few treats to be given to my dog because I realized after I dropped him off that he hadn't eaten breakfast, and she did it with no issue.

Convenience and friendliness
I like that when you bring your dog in that all the employees know who he is by name. You have a lot of dogs there and it is nice when you ask a question about your dog you get an answer...so that tells me that every dog is being watched over well. I like that I can get on the Web Cam and look at my dog through out the day. I do that because my dog has never been to a Camp it's all new to him. But he love's it there I drop him off he is excited to get out of the truck and go in.

The staff is FABULOUS! Annie was going through so much with our move cross country and the staff took such great care of her! We recently got a second dog and they were just as attentive to his puppy needs! I can’t say enough about the staff and their friendly and attentive personalities.

Camp Bow Wow on Cherokee is a very professional, safe, and interesting environment for my energetic Standard Poodle, Mickey.
Incredibly warm and friendly staff and they all know my dog by name every time we walk in the door. My dog absolutely loves day camp and can’t get in the door fast enough. We have to spell C-A-M-P when we are talking about dropping him off because he knows that camp means a fun day playing with friends and getting lots of love from the staff. And the best part is that he comes home calm and exhausted from playing all day!
I love taking my dogs here and they always love going in as well. The people are amazing and really care about my dogs.

Great facility, and super friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Our dog is on the shy side and it took 3 of us to get him through the door on his interview day. They took it very slow with him and made sure he was comfortable. Now he pulls us through the door when he realizes where we are. He was bit by another dog on his cheek one of the last days he was there for daycare (he can play pretty hard so we know its always a possibility with dogs). It was still healing when we had to leave him for a few days overnight and they did a wonderful job helping keep it clean each night so it could heal. Camp Bow Wow has become one of his favorite places and we are glad we have somewhere we can trust to look after our crazy boy when hes not with us.
The staff is really friendly and the facility is nice and clean and organized.

You guys are great! You greet my dog Jake by name (and I like how you greet him first too), he is so excited when he gets there and is tired when he gets home. When I checked on him during the day by the cams you provide, his tail is always wagging...Happy dog :)
