The staff is always friendly and helpful. I know they take very good care of my dog, because he is always excited to go.
I LOVE this place! My little Ava does Day Care. She is very attached to me so I was nervous but she is thriving! She gets all the pets from the staff and enjoys sniffing new butts! They even let her wear a coat when it makes chilly outside and that just completes me. (They will also take it off and put it back on as the weather fluctuates) I send my dog with a “lunch” to eat mid day so she can relax. I love that she is surrounded by Dog People. Everyone is so friendly too! Highly Recommend!!

Personal attention, sincerity, cameras, trust, cleanliness, staff, safety. You also have majority of time playing, socializing, and exercising, not just boarding in kennels. I’ve never had an issue, and if minor, you are always quick to understand and adjust. Staff is beyond helpful, my dogs are getting to be special needs/senior, but you don’t mind helping them have fun. Cost is competitive, I’d rather pay the extra $2 and get top care.
You seem to genuinely care about the dogs and know them by name. Dogs always happy to arrive at your place.

I constantly worry about my dog in other people’s care just because I’m an over protective dog mom. Camp Bow Wow was the first time I felt at ease and like I could focus on what I was doing without worry about my dog! I love the webcams! Seriously will never use anything but Camp Bow Wow!!!!

My dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow. This makes me love sending her. Not to mention she’s worn out and well behaved when she gets home...which is a huge bonus for a 1 year old husky mix.

Bow Wow Central location is the best! Our dog Luna went from shaking every time we would take her to daycare to sprinting through the door! All thanks to the friendly staff, we no longer feel guilty after dropping her off. We know she is getting love and attention all day!!

They are very kind and loving to my pet, remember his name when I bring him in.. I also love watching my pet in the webcam.. the folks are very loving while playing with the pets. My pet is always exhausted after coming home which is good day for him!!
