Staff is excellent. Dog comes back happy and clean with all personal items. It is apparent that the staff knows most of the dogs on an individual basis and cares greatly for the dogs. Website and monitoring very easy to use. Staff always present and watching dogs in live feed.

My experience was excellent. From the greeting to the meticulous focus on shot records prevention of canine cough etc. which I really appreciated. Erika was the person who helped me and did my dog’s evaluation. I thought she was really amazing. Extremely smart and very welcoming.
Clean, dog-loving facility. We never worry about leaving our girls because we know they are cared for. They get plenty of playtime and loving on by the councilors. We love the cameras so we can watch our babies from anywhere. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Lacy loves to play with other dogs. She can’t wait to get in the door. She comes home content and dragging her tail. When she’s there, she plays hard. She’s like a shark, non-stop circling and romping. How do I know this? The awesome video cams.

Convenience, fair price for day camp. And you have grooming services there to so after i pick up my pup, she can be cleaned and fresh from a hard day of play.

The staff at Camp Bow Wow is truly amazing - they always have a smile on their face and my yellow lab, Colton has a blast when he is at camp for the day!
Very prompt getting the dogs in and returned to the owner at the end of the day. Our pup, Odin, is always warn out after his day trip and sleeps throughout the night without any issues. Additionally, the overnight services seem to be excellent. We boarded Odin there for Thanksgiving Holiday and he seemed to be perfectly fine (we checked on him with the cameras they have). All the staff seem to be very attached to each and every dog and treat them as their own. It is nice knowing our little guy is always having fun and being taken care of if we are out working or on a vacation.
I love everything with one exception. I wish you could maintain my credit card on file. That would make things more efficient for everyone. Other than that, thank you to the wonderful people who work there and show so much love and affection to my princess.

We love the camper cameras! Really puts our minds at ease. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the entire staff and the personal attention they give the pups, especially Leona. We've been coming to Monument Bow Wow for 12 years, and Leona has always treated our pups with so much warmth. It touched my heart when you guys sent us a handwritten card when we lost our first fur baby. Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you all and are grateful we have someplace we are comfortable taking our fur babies.
