The team at Shelby Camp Bow Wow really helped my dog after we had to put his older brother down unexpectedly. I appreciate that they texted me updates on how he was doing and gave him extra time for himself when he seemed scared to go to camp on his own (first time without his brother). They took great care to make sure he was comfy before introducing him to other dogs and by the end of the day he made a friend! He is looking forward to his next day at camp and meeting new friends. I trust Camp Bow Wow will keep him safe and make sure he has the best time every time he visits. Thank you!!

Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating! Also understanding this is my the time doing doggy daycare so everyone was patient with me as was having a hard time leaving my girl. I would definitely recommend this doggy daycare! If I needed to board I would be comfortable doing so here.

I love the fact that the prices are reasonable and that boarding doesn't cost an 'arm and a leg'. Also I can bring my pup in any time and don't have to make a reservation to do so.
We've been going there about 8 years and everyone treats our dog with lots of love. He is always pooped for a couple of days after his play day. I sooooooooooo miss Lauren.

CBW Mt. Juliet is hands down the best! Our two chocolate labs love going here. We actually live much closer to a different location but opt to make the drive here because we know they’re treated like family by the staff.

Convenient and camper cams

When I first heard of Camp Bow Wow, I was very apprehensive to bring my puppy here. It took a lot of trust to believe that my puppy was going to be well taken care of and is safe. The first four visits (several weeks apart) were only 5 hours a day in which I left food. Each time I picked my puppy up, we discovered that she didn't eat. Someone said it could have been separation anxiety or she had such a good time, she didn't focus on eating. I became very worried that if I went on a trip, she wouldn't eat. After much consultation with the staff, they assured me that they would do everything possible to make her visit a pleasant one.
So we decided to plan a brief vacation and ordered one of the suites in order to monitor her activity while we were gone. We also added 3 cuddling sessions to each day so she would get extra attention. When we were on vacation, Camp Bow Wow staff sent us several pictures each day which included staff holding her, playing with her and feeding her. Receiving these pictures daily really melted my apprehension. On several occasions, we watched staff members sit on the floor and feed her.
I can't begin to thank each of you that took the time out to look after Ameca. She loved all of your attention. I was so thankful that you listened and read all the little notes I sent with regarding tricks we used at home to feed her; like putting bits of a treat in her meal or having her lick the spoon. At times I felt like a mother hen sending my child off to camp.
I want to personally recognize the many young staff members that spent time with her. All of you have truly found your passion and calling for sharing your hearts with animals. I heard that you were "fighting" over wanting to have this privedge. Each of you discovered that she was a sweet innocent canine who just wanted to be taken care of.
Finally, thanks for all the feedback you gave us upon picking her up. It listed daily how much food she ate at each meal. You used everything we sent; you wrote down each of her toys we supplied you with. You returned her blanket, cushion bed and even pads not used; unused can food, the treats that were not used.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for the class act. You truly kept your word, and we are so grateful for the wonderful time you gave to Ameca while we went away for the first time without her.
Anyone who has any kind of hesitancy like I had, please believe the staff who own this facility. Give them a chance to prove themselves.
Oh one more thing. The first thing I noticed when I initially walked in is that there is no odor at all. You should go on camera during feeding time and watch these staff members vacuuming, wiping and washing floors.
In my mind, Camp Bow Wow will do everything they attest to and even more.
