Friendly Staff, cleanliness of the facility and my dog always is excited to be there!
The staff greets our 2 dogs by name the moment we enter the facility. The staff is warm and friendly and genuinely cares for our 2 fur babies. We observe the interaction with other dogs & staff on the cameras and feel completely relaxed and comfortable when our dogs are in the care of the Commerce Twp staff. We couldn’t be happier and don’t mind the hour drive it takes to get there from our home. We do have a closer facility to our home but we much prefer the personalized attention the dogs get from Lindsey, Claire, Sam and all the staff at Commerce.

The staff is always friendly, and it is apparent that they genuinely car about my pet. They know his name when he comes through the door and who I'm picking up when I show up. When I have extra services done, they are always done before I return to pick my dog up.

Camp Bow Wow has consistently cared for my pets in a safe and calm environment multiple times. They’ve got different services to add, like nail trims and extra play time. Especially nice for me is being able to check on him with vid cams though it would be nice if they worked at nights too. All around great place!

We had our pup stay at this location while we were visiting family for the holidays. We were traveling back on Christmas Eve and didn’t want him to be stranded at our location for Christmas. Our dog had a great time and reportedly did very well. We will certainly consider this option for our next trips to WI.
Our dog loves her days at Camp Bow Wow! She has been going since she was a puppy & loves to greet the front desk people and then walks in like she owns the place.
My dog always has fun when he goes to Camp. Even though he only is there occasionally, he is always welcomed and the people know his name when he comes in. I love the fact that you offer a half-day option, and that you don't require specific times for drop-off and pickup. The special days, such as when photos are taken, are so much fun. Camp is always clean, bright, welcoming. I am so glad to have a nice, safe place where my dog can socialize and play.

We LOVE Camp Bow Wow!!! Everyone at CBW is loving and kind to the pups! You can watch them on camera anytime during the day. If Sebastian our pup had his way he would just live there. I give them 10 stars.
Absolutely everything!! The people are second to none - always courteous, professional and so good at what they do. And...my dog LOVES to go to Camp Bow Wow - sometimes he's not ready to come home.
Our Pepper LOVES Camp Bow Wow. The staff are all so friendly and really get to know your pet. Pepper is always excited to go and we love that we can check in on her using the Camper Cams. The staff even send us video and photos of Pepper during her Play Pals Time! The owners take pride in providing excellent care and go the extra mile when needed. We have been going to Strongsville's location for 10 years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
The employees at Balmoral are awesome with all the dogs. My dog, Izzy loves to play with everyone there. They are so good to her & she loves going there.
