Everyone is very nice when I drop of my puppy. I feel safe leaving him there. I know he's going to have fun and not be locked up all day!
You provide individualized assistance to my dog. Mostly she is a typical, fun-loving, social animal. So she isn't usually any trouble. Once in awhile she gets in a "crabby" mood when at Camp Bow Wow, and your staff handles her well, so after a brief time out, she's back to playing with her doggie buddies. I feel fortunate that you provide such wonderful care of our canine "child".

Extremely friendly owner and kind staff. our Hobey always comes home warn out and is so happy to go back - nearly drags us in the door! The only thing I wish was that the weekend hours were a little bit better but I understand the staff needs to have some fun since they make sure the dogs are always having fun :)

This is Bubba's second home, He gets so excited when I say Camp Bow Wow...he goes and grabs his leash.
We like Camp Bow Wow for several reasons. They have great pick up and drop off hours which are very accommodating. Also, we love that they offer full grooming services, baths, nail trims, full groom, etc. We have a Mini Schnauzer and Heidi does a great job with him!
I can watch my dog as he plays in groups.
Staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and I can tell they love the dogs. I was very pleased with the information they provided to me on my first visit and how they immediately made me and my dog feel welcome. He is so excited every time we walk in the door! Kudos to the whole team at Memphis East!

I have and will continue to recommend your camp to friends. My little pet looks forward to camp from the time he hears me on the phone making the arrangements. He knows by the information I am giving. I was on the phone with an American Express representative and she noticed the Camp Bow Wow name on my invoice and said she uses them all the time in her state too. She did not realize that they were in other states. The reputation and name is getting around. I just hope there will still be room for my little guy.
