The flexibility of drop off and pick up, the indoor/outdoor facility and that my pup Kernel comes home exhausted every time she goes.

What do you like about our services?

No hassle. No mountain of paperwork. I can e-mail my dog's shot records. Good hours of operations - seven days a week. Employees are down to Earth; easy to work with. My dog is happy (he doesn't want to leave). It doesn't feel like a big corporate chain store. Feels like a local mom and pop shop.

We loved being able to see our pup on the cameras. The app is SO convenient! We also really enjoyed getting a report card back from her first visit. What a cute idea. We can't wait to bring her back!

You guys are great with the dogs, they love to go and we love the cameras to watch him because we miss them when we are gone. It's great to know they have a safe place that they love when we are out of town!

What do you like about our services?

Very personal. Everyone there knows and loves my dog. I feel safe leaving him there all day and they give special attention to the fact that he can't be in the heat for long. As a bulldog, he can have heat stroke at temperatures over 80 and the people at Camp Bow Wow take extra special care of my dog.

The staff was friend and patient with our shy puppy that we just rescued. We expressed our concerns and they listened and assured us that they would take it slow with her.
