Our doggies are not not at Bow Wow frequently, but when they do go, we know they'll get the best. They're excited to walk in the door, and are always greeted by name, even if they haven't been in a while. They come home happy...and exhausted!
All staff members are committed to making sure my dog is safe, secure and happy at camp. I know my dog is content and taken care of while she is away from home.

Friendly staff who seem to really care about the dogs, confidence that my dogs will be well taken care of, the accountability of being able to see how dogs are doing on computer feed while they are playing, and the fact that a full day of doggie daycare is included in the cost of nightly boarding.
Everyone is so friendly and when she stays all night, my dog is well taken care of. I know when Maggie is a day camper, she is treated well because she loves being at camp Bow Wow. She gets so excited when she sees us pull up and she knows she gets to go play.
My active Brittany always has a great time @ Camp, whether on a half-day playtime or an overnight camping adventure.
I like the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. It was my dogs first visit to a boarding facility so I was a little nervous. Everything went great and I enjoyed being able to see her online. ;-)
When requesting services via online they are always quick to respond. The person at the desk is always pleasant and they remember my fur kids by name each time we come.

No hassle. No mountain of paperwork. I can e-mail my dog's shot records. Good hours of operations - seven days a week. Employees are down to Earth; easy to work with. My dog is happy (he doesn't want to leave). It doesn't feel like a big corporate chain store. Feels like a local mom and pop shop.
I like that the dogs have time to run around and socialize. I also like to be able to watch them on line through your cameras. The only thing that bothers me is the smell of the place. The front office smells and when the dogs come home they smell awful as well as all their bedding.
