everything! Staff knows my dog, she loves them,so professional and reasonably priced

I've always had a great experience with Camp Bow Wow - Nashville. I was a little frustrated after this most recent stay, as my pup was there for five days and she was not bathed. They put a complimentary bath on our account, however, this doesn't change the fact that our dog is coming home stinky - and as we have been out of town, are busy catching up and not in a place where I can easily bathe her right now.

Everything! Bow Wow staff is wonderful! I made a comment about Chance's birthday and at pick up, I was given a birthday picture of him wearing a birthday hat! We LOVED it. A pleasant happy surprise and very much appreciated! Also received a report once which was really cool and will be a keeper. Chance LOVES day camp and almost dances when he knows he's coming to play with his friends. Thanks for everything,

The dogs are in large groups and get to play all day. The cameras are addicting.

Before finding Camp Bow Wow, we used a different company. They charged an arm and a leg for every little thing from, belly scratches to potty breaks to play time with other dogs. I absolutely hated it! I love that at Camp Bow Wow, everything's included and I can see how much fun my babies are having by looking at the camper cam app on my phone. Love you guys!!

The personnel took specific interest & concern in our dog's first time there. They offered a review afterwards how the first visit went. Much appreciated. I plan on purchasing a package of stays. It is reassuring to have a safe place to leave ones dog when trips come up &/or a place to socialize & play.

The employees are very caring and take pride their work. My dogs come home tired and I know that they had a good time.

Great customer service - always addressed any concerns or questions I had quickly. Camp Bow Wow offers dogs the ability to either play inside or outside and I loved that option. One suggestion would be to allow dogs more time out of their crates/cages on the weekend. Even though hours are limited on weekends, I noticed that they were limited even further for unknown reasons (my dog was out for less than an hour during one Saturday or Sunday afternoon or morning session).

Very attentive and thorough. This establishment is clean and well operated. There is no doubt that our dog was in good hands. We would definitely use Camp Bow Wow - Kentwood again in the future.
