What do you like about our services?

That the workers spend a little time with the campers and the dogs can be separated by personality/activity level and not just all lumped together. Also love the cameras and camp showers!

After hearing my dogs story some of the staff worked hard to make it the best experience for him. They put me at ease with leaving him knowing his high level of separation anxiety.

What do you like about our services?

The staff at Camp Bow Wow is always friendly and helpful. It is obvious they care about their customers and our dogs. I only use them for boarding. I know that my dog is in good hands when I am away. The Camper Cam is a plus as I can check in on her everyday.

Always talk about Bailey going to Camp Bow Wow. She knows when we pull the leash out of the closet she's going to camp. It's hard to keep her calmed down to get her leash on her but once on she puts the leash in her mouth and heads out the door to jump in the car

I know you need time off from the dogs but I would like to see more time with the dogs on Sunday. It seems like a long time for them to be in their kennels and then locked up all night. Even if on a rotating schedule a person could stay a little later to let the dogs out before their nightly stay if you kept the Sunday hours the same.
We are planning a weeks vacation and thats my only concern about leaving Bailey. Just call me a worry wart mom leaving her that long for the first time.

I lknow that Maggie, my fur baby, is in good hands when we take her to Camp. Everyone is friendly and responsive to my questions. Maggie gets so excited as we turn the corner and she sees Camp Bow Wow. She has the best time with her friends.

Friendly, dog loving, staff. Also love they have a stinky pet station! The birthday picture was really sweet. Online booking is convenient & the hours are nice.

Very clean and very friendly employees. Gracey really enjoyed her stay. This was her first time at Kentwood location. She didn't know the difference from her stay at Hudsonville. Kentwood is much closer to home. We will definitely return with Gracey, especially for doggy daycare. She loves playing with other dogs. Thank you for taking such good care of Gracey Noelle.

My dog loves going to CBW! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Once while I had a hip injury, the staff would come outside to get my dog so I wouldn't have to get out of the car. I recommend it to everyone I know who has a dog!
