I love the intensity of the workouts and that everyday there is a different program. The ongoing variety keeps my interest and helps me to improve my fitness by ensuring I am training various muscle groups as well as my endurance, strength, and stability. The coaches are also awesome! They are all so supportive and motivating to give it our all.

Everything! I like having a coach, I like the structure of the classes, I like knowing I’m going to get a good workout every time I go, I like the trackers…. Staff are friendly and make the experience personal.. I can’t think of any negatives at all

It’s very energetic! The instructors are super awesome! The music and bea, the group of people that work out inspires me to keep going! It’s Rewarding to attend and finish a class!

I like the instructors who are personable and encouraging. I also like how’s the workouts are designed… Well, balanced with cardio and weights in the rowing machine and lots of variety and you learn it. I also like the heart monitor, which allows us to work with our own bodies.. Thank you!

I like it because it’s 55 minutes of go go go and it is time well used! When I go training I want to challenge my self To Do better every time ! Nice Staff as well! I felt comfortable right away!
