The scoring and comments are regarding the mitigation portion of the work only: You came quickly once I called about our water problem. The drying out did take much longer than you estimated or I expected, but I don't think that was ServiceMaster's fault, but rather our kitchen cabinets. Looking back, I wonder if it would have helped to pull all the toe kick boards immediately (hope I have my terminology correct). Everyone at ServiceMaster has been very nice, helpful and professional - making this unique and unwelcome experience easier to deal with. I will say that personally speaking, the more communication - the better. There were some times when we felt unsure of when or what the next step was. I suggest, a quick phone call or email to let the customer know what's going on and the anticipated schedule would be appreciated.
