Your staff, Javier Garcia, was very professional and kept me updated about the progress on the dry-out service that ServiceMaster AAA Restoration conducted at my house and was very accomodating.
We appreciated the constant follow up while our rooms were drying out. Javier Garcia was here at least once a day to check on the progress being made, and adjusting the equipment as needed. It gave us a great feeling that he was in control of our situation. Next came Anthony Rivera who surveyed the damage and made recommendations for repairs. Anthony had Rick Moore begin the repairs. Ricks team of Allen and Pat were terrific!! Now all we need is our carpet pads replaced and the carpet put back, and we will be back to nowmal. Many thanks to all!!!

There is a device that was used to show where the areas were wet, therefore aiming the fans to the wet areas. In our case, that device showed that the areas were still wet and holes had to be drilled to continue the drying process.
