They could handle the whole project
this was one of those experiences where you have no idea who to call or what to do. the team at service master came in and just took care of everything. there were 2 guys in particular, josh and juan, that took care of every last detail. they were there 1st thing every morning and were sometimes there until 3 am. they were so attentive to us as were all of the people at the house during this time. they treated us and our personal items with the utmost dignity. we had actually had fun working together with them. it was stressful, yes, but these guys really managed it all when it came to the dry out, pack out and move out. we always felt as if we were in good hands and could attend to the details we had to deal with regarding our family and all the other hassles that were involved in this process.

I cannot say enough about the 2 SM team members I worked with, Josh and Juan. They really took my feelings into account, this is one of the most stressful situations I have had to deal with in quite some time and they were sensitive of that fact. I reached out to Josh about 11:30pm one night and he text me back in minutes. Always easy to get a hold of and very communicative to what would be happening at every step. I wish they were the team I was working with now on the finish work. Thank you.
First, when we call you your company responsed very quickly to our emergency resquest to have a technician to come to our home within 3 hours. even when it was very late in the evenning at a moment notice. Your technician came to us at 8:30 pm as promised.
Your professional service technician Elias was sensitive to our needs which we were not well versed as this was the first knid of incidents we ever encountered. Elias explained clearly what are the works details to expect and what the purpose of the works were for.
He was very professional, kind and he communicated up front to us about the scopes of his work, his upcoming schedule/commitment to carry his work for us and informed us of potential schedule changes due to his finding once he start his services.
And Elias and your company made it happenned exactly as how he pre-planned with us on that first visit. On the very next day, Elias was on time, worked thru his time at our home without delays to assure that our time are best spent, cleanned up after himself periodically to minimize the dusts and debris. And he was rock solid the whole time, so dependable and professional all the way until the job was completed.
You are very lucky to have such professional staffs who represented your company very well in our eyes.
I wish that I never have to use these kinds of services again, but if I do we want you to be our company in our time of troubles.

I cannot say enough about Scott Storms. He is EXCEPTIONAL in every way and exemplifies what every company should strive for when seeking excellence. Scott's professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, demeanor, character, compassion, helpfulness and attention to detail is extremely rare. The manager of the job, Scott Storms, was just excellent. I saw 2 things from him:
1) He really went after the damage, wanted to leave no stone unturned, kept pressing deeper until he got everything found and dried out, and his deeper pressing uncovered some more significant moisture that I think a less careful person would have easily missed.
2) I saw integrity all the way. He was fighting for my home to get back to normal, but was very careful about what would be fair and proper regarding the insurance company. Was that always in my favor? Usually, but not always. But the integrity is what wins my future business.
