The folks were comfortable to be with, at a time that was highly stressful for my wife and for me. And they were clearly completely competent and experienced with this work. They took time to explain what they were doing, and their language was clear and helpful. They were careful when moving our furniture and other belongings from one place to another, to protect our things. We felt we were in "good hands" for the entire time.
