It is always a pleasure when my clients select Chris Hill as their Home Inspector. He is professional and educates the buyers throughout the entire Inspection. The inspection was done in a very professional manner.
The inspector was very thorough and gave us a lot of details during the walk through, he seemed really experienced and didn’t miss a spot, even for places where we told him we would be renovating. It helped us make our decision prior to the written report which we also received in a short turnaround time. This was our second time using the service and would definitely recommend and use Amerispec again if we need.
