Reg and Andrew were very thorough in their inspection of the property I was purchasing. They went beyond into explaining how things work, for instance how the air exchanger worked and how we should carry out regular maintenance. They even inspected every window and door, bathroom caulking to ensure no movement of air draft or moisture. They gave lots of maintenance tips that would help me to maintain this property in tip top condition.
Overall, I would say that they very professional and my money was well spent.

I was disappointed by your unprofessional agent, who tried to moonlight your business and make money on the side. He also was extremely rude and did not give us a report for the home inspection.

Un ami qui a plus d'experience avec les inspections est venu avec nous. Il n'etait pas impressionne que l'inspecteur n'avait pas a sa disposition des compteurs et d'autres appareils pour mesurer la performance de certains systemes dans la maison.

Je sais que l'agent d'immeuble n'etait pas content que l'inspecteur n'avait pas pris conscience des declarations du vendeur.

Personalement, je trouvais que l'inspecteur s'est bien porte face a l'agent d'immeuble du vendeur et face au vendeur, qui lui-meme a construit la maison sous inspection. Il y avait des moments de tension, mais l'inspecteur a garde l'esprit d'independence, une attitude professionelle et son calme.
