The first email I received after the inspection was a survey.
The second email was information for a newly built house
The third email was to sign up for the binder
Finally got my inspection report and I feel it does not give me the information I need
Also, when I first called to book, I was told that contractors would be recommended to do the work required Nothing there.
The inspector himself was polite and even interacted with my 2 grandchildren who were there at the time

Murray was a good guy to deal with. The inspection went well.
David was great! He did a very thorough inspection and took the time to explain to us everything in the report. He also made sure we understood the different systems in the house; how they work, when they will need maintenance, and the work that should be done on them now. We are very pleased with the report and would definitely recommend David to others.
