Don was highly professional and very friendly. He highlighted many issues and was able to explain them in a way that we were able to understand. He also presented options for timelines for which things needed to be fixed/replaced. We ultimately did not proceed on putting an offer on the house because of the issues that Don highlighted and we are grateful for that. We will be using his services again hopefully in the near future.

We appreciate the info that David was able to document in that we have bought a property sight unseen. David's report gave us the confidence to put in an offer with no conditions which has been accepted. Thank you very much for the promptness and apparent thoroughness.
