As first time home buyers not only did we not know what to look for, but when we did see something that needed work we had no idea what that meant for us. We were able to ask questions that likely would have seemed like common sense to home owners and he even took the time to point out to us where the water shut off valve was. Thanks for helping us buy our first home!
