Both home inspectors were professional and knowledgeable. They answered all questions that we had and provided us with a write up very quickly that helped us make an offer on the house the same evening. Highly recommended to anyone.
Conall provided a detailed inspection and was able to fit us in on short notice to complete an inspection prior to our offer date. He point out any areas of concern and was able to provide excellent advice on items with simple fixes as well as those that may require help from an experienced trades person. Overall he gave us the confidence we needed to proceed with our offer and purchase our new home!

Absolutely everything! We have been going through insurance repairs to our all-season cottage & we KNEW that the repairs were not done properly. Dealing with the contractor & the insurance company did absolutely nothing and they wanted us to sign off on the completed work. We decided to have Andrew, an building inspector from AmeriSpec in Barrie/Collingwork, ON. He confirmed many deficiencies in the repairs. We are so pleased to know that he checked all of the work done by the contractor and we forwarded his report to our insurance company. Now the repairs will FINALLY be done properly.
