Friendly and fast!
The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was respectful by wearing his mask at all times and asking for permission to access certain rooms and spaces. After he was finished the inspection, he walked me through the house and explained what issues he had found and ways to reduce the effects of those issues. He gave me time to write in-depth notes and gave clarification when I asked for further details.
It was thorough, detailed, quick, easy to understand. Very knowledgeable and personable inspector too.

Very detailed and thorough inspection
Andrew was very personable, knowledgeable and informative. Helped us to identify areas of concern and appropriate remedies. Was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend AmeriSpec and Andrew in particular.

Head office was extremely helpful in accomodating our timeline (insurance requires oil tank replacement) by putting us on a cancellation list. Furthermore, the technician was professional, friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend this company.

Our inspector Sebastien L'Archeveque was not only very thorough, but always took the time to answer questions and explain concepts. There was a clear rationale for every observation and it was a great way to get to know better how to take proper care of our future home.

Amerispec was very accomodating on a request for a preOffer inspection. The inspector was professional, thorough, and had a great report with my clients and understanding of their situation. This inspection meant that my clients could get the home of their dreams knowing its condition ahead of time and be able to remove the due diligence clause to address the Sellers timeline.
