You came quick to assess the problem. Got the machines set up and running in a timely manner. Came and kept check on the process. When the floor was dry you got there machines out so we could start getting things back to normal. Thank you for your quick and professional services. All the employees were polite and very helpful.

ServiceMaster delivered on what I asked for, but I was offended by the price increases which repeatedly occurred with the flooring supplier. I will complete my remaining projects with other providers. Kyle was very effective in coordinating the work on time. I appreciated her lead to Rye Moving and Packing that allowed the entire project to be done on time. There would have been a three-week delay for the previous homeowners to move out without Logan Rye. During the project, the Heat Pump failed. Parkway provided emergency service (over $400) during the first hard freeze of the season. I will consider them for replacing the old system when I make the upgrade. All in all, I feel that I paid a premium price for ServiceMaster's services, but value was delivered.

They were there so fast and were drying the house out really quickly. They also had a person handling the work on site and one as mitagator.

After a burst water line and water intrusion in our home, ServiceMaster of Haywood County was on the scene with a full response within 30 minutes of notification. This helped to minimize the damage. Very professional and caring staff worked diligently with us until all work was completed—-which was miraculously completed in only three weeks. They also utilized the very best and most reliable and vetted subcontractors, all of whom went above and beyond to assure our home was made better than before. I am convinced that had I utilized a different company and different subcontractors, the results would have been very different and I would still be waiting in the work to be completed. Service Master of Haywood County is a company with integrity because they have hired well qualified staff members with integrity.

Easy to work with, contractors did quality work and were very pleasant to work with. They made my elder mother feel comfortable as she was the owner of the house. Really like Miles and Cameron. They were terrific to work with. Miles was the reason I chose ServiceMaster over ServPro.

ALL OF THE staff were helpful, respectful, and professional. When you have them to your home you (obviously) have had a disaster of some sort. So you, as the home owner, are freaked out and upset, and now you have workers coming in that you do not know. NO need to worry anymore when these people hit the ground! They will restore your home, and do it with 10 star performance. Thank you all again!

I was very satisfied with the job that Service Master did to restore my home after soot damage. I was extremely impressed with the Waynesville Service Master personnel who worked on my home from start to finish. Miles was a joy to work with and kept me informed about the progress and scope of my work to be done. He has a very calm manner and was always patient with me when I had lots of questions. He is perfect for his job!! Paul, the painter, was one of the best painters I have ever seen. He did an excellent job. The two employees who helped me unpack worked fast and really took the worry about my having to get my belongings unpacked by myself and put away. With their help, it only took a day and a half to get it done and I enjoyed working with them. My friend had used Service Master when she had water damage in her house and again when a tree fell on a large well outbuilding. She had highly recommended Miles and his staff and I, too, knew that I was in good hands.

First of all, I did NOT like the idea of going to ANOTHER STATE (OHIO) to deal with my insurance happening. I have been here in North Carolina for 16 years and always felt secure about Terry Warren who has now retired. I had to take photo's and send them to Ohio. But later, the man in Ohio put me in touch with MILES who is with SERVICE MASTER. They came right up and took care of everything swiftly and pleasantly. A small crew repaired the damaged roof and the tree debris was removed. I was VERY pleased with Miles and his crew. It stared to rain the very next day after their work. All secure. A miracle!
