JOE AND Dave were very knowledgeable on how to fix the problem. They were especially neat on how they went about doing there job. Joe especially always had a smile on his face and talk the wife and me on what he and Dave were going to do next. They were very professional. They were very pleasant. I am very glad mt insurance used Service Master.

What do you like about our restoration services?

Joe, Larry, and their crew were very professional, and very polite. Service Master was also very accomadating as they were both willing and able to work around my schedule. And last, but certainly not least they stuck with the job until it is complete.

The lady who came to home(1st responder), my apologies I cant remember her name, but she was phonomenal with her kind words and her ability to care in a such a terrible situation. It's people like her who makes a difference!

What do you like about our restoration services?

I was in panic with the basement flood! Never had an experience like this. As I was trying to save items I hurt my foot pretty bad! When I called ServiceMaster they were out immediately! No waiting! The men were so kind and very helpful since I could not move items myself! (they went out of their way to help) Certainly made this horrible situation a lot better for me! They did a great job! I would like to add that it was also nice when I called, to speak to a human! By this I mean the lady that took my call did not treat me like a claim number. She was very nice and expressed a true concern about my horrible experience!
I wish to thank Joe Lambert and his crew as well as Tammy Graczyk!
p.s. I think their boss should buy them a good lunch!

What do you like about our restoration services?

Servicemaster was quick and reliable, and the technicians Fred and Justin were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions. I also got an answer or a timely call-back every time I called Fred. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

What do you like about our restoration services?

Fred performed an awesome job for us. He was called out late on a Friday night and didn't leave until after midnight. He was in a good mood and made sure to explain the entire procedure to me at each step of the way. Over the course of the next couple days, he would call to check up and to communicate when he would be back to retrieve the equipment. Thanks for the great work!

Willie Ford and his partner, Josh, were Very professional, courteous, prompt, phoned before arrival, knew what they were doing, polite, explained procedure, cleaned up area daily. I felt comfortable that they would do a good job and they did. Very satisfied.

What do you like about our restoration services?

I really liked how Tammy handled my claim from start to finish. She understood I was having claim denial issues yet still was able to get out some equipment and technicians to dry my basement while waiting for Farmers to decide on my claim once I appealed the denial. I also felt every technician that Servicemaster sent to work on drying the basement was courteous and professional. This included Joe who was my first contact but also John, Fred, Willie and Joshua. Each of them took the time to explain to me what and why they were doing such and such in the basement and told me when they would be returning. In addition, Tammy had me talk to Dan from the office who gave me good tips on what I could do to help the process along while waiting for the appeal decison. I was VERY PLEASED with how Servicemaster handled my situation and yes would certainly recommend them anytime.
