I have been a customer for many years and have found my team to be excellent in their duties and in helping get the areas attended to properly. The appointment service has been excellent in changing dates when necessary and following up on those appointments. I have found my team to be cheerful and a pleasure to work with. The only problem I have had is with the organization taking almost 4 years to get my email correct (despite sending my team back to the office with the correct address on at at least one occasion) so I could participate in this survey.
