Everyone is very friendly and kind! The workout is tough, but definitely worth it if you don't like to do cardio on your own.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety of the workout every time I take a class. I leave knowing a got a great workout and can go about the rest of my day. I love the every workout includes both cardio and strength training components. I've been working out at OTF for about 6 months, and I have seen tangible results and have gained confidence. As someone who previously struggled with anorexia and always idealized and desired a stick thin, bony frame, the strength I feel and the muscles I am building through these workouts have reshaped my idea of what kind of body I want. Now, as opposed to wanting only to be skinny, I want to be muscular and toned. These workouts have completely changed the way I view my body.

What do you like about our workout?

The diversity of the workouts and the coaches. I would like the studio to consider having members select a starting place (tread, floor or rower) when they sign in. As someone who always arrives early to ensure use of a treadmill, it is frustrating when late arrivers push to the front of the studio to secure a treadmill. Thanks!

What do you like about our workout?

You walk in and you are so exhausted and wonder why you are there, and then the instructors have such this great enthusiastic attitude and they some how just push you to where you didn't think you could go.

What do you like about our workout?

I really like how the workout includes the treadmill and weights (I'm not a huge fan of the rowing machine but I know it is a good workout). I won't just go run on a treadmill on my own and push myself like the coaches push me. I also like that the workout is consistent but varies each day a bit so it isn't boring! I'm not a fan of the tornado as it is very difficult to keep my heart rate up for 23 minutes when we move around so often. Overall I love OTF!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the flexibility, the variety, the direction, and the instantaneous feedback
I do not like competing in a group against another group with varying degrees of fitness levels
I would like to have the opportunity to get feedback about my workouts over the months
and what it all means. Am I progressing or should I go see my doctor!!!
