De Marco and Taylor worked really hard to help resolve the issues caused by the sump pump failure. They had helpful suggestions to resolve the situations we were facing. They patiently explained what they were allowed or not allowed to do for the restoration. They were thorough in making sure that everything was dry. We figured that we would have to pitch some rugs that had been soaked, but De Marco took them to the shop and had them cleaned. Overall, we were quite pleased with the service they provided.

Service Master was at our house removing damaged carpet and drywall less than 24-hours after the initial disaster. They were in constant communication regarding the next steps in the process and even abided by our rule to be out of the house by 6:30 each night so our children could keep with their normal bedtime routines. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, compassion and communication.
