Very responsive when called. Crew had all the equipment to immediately mitigate the "flooding" caused by a cracked toilet tank. They immediately moved all the furniture and began water removal from affected carpeting. They provided numerous industrial fans, dehumidifyer and introduced drying heat into the room. Cleaning took place after the carpet had dried and all furniture placed back where it belonged. Great service, great follow-up and very professional.

Service Masters came immediately after being called after the flooding of the house from an overflowing toilet... like within 4 hours, and they were about 50 miles away.
Went to work, testing for the height and extent of the water damage, drying the floors and carpets and packing & removing all my stuff from the house.The first & second nights, they were here until about 2AM. The house was contaminated with Black water from the septic tank and then the lab people came in and tested it all...came back positive and then the house had to be sanitized before it could be rebuilt. This whole process was nasty for them to have to deal with, esp. pulling all the wet insulation out from under the house. I would not want to have their job myself. But they did it completely and in good spirits. Many days of the heated drying machines running and finally the house is ready to start the rebuild.
The billing all goes directly to the insurance company, State Farm, who also have been fantastic in all of this.
This nightmare of an accident was handled so well, considering how bad it was, it made me feel comfortable and relieved that professionals were handling all these nasty details. I hope I never have to use these services again, But if I do, I'm happy to know you guys are there and do such a great job. Kudos to Mo, Oscar, Pricilla, and I think his name was Cameron.
