I don’t like that you can’t book an appointment. I like certain girls to cut my sons hair and their schedules are I known most days when I ask. If there was better scheduling and appt options it would make it easier for me

What always ends up being the problem is the check in online it is never accurate I show up on time every time and still wait anywhere from a half hour to just my last visit which was 2 hr wait after my estimated time.

The service was excellent and great customer service hair stylist gave me a great look and didn’t waste anytime get to the tough head of hair that I grew but it was trimmed very nicely with care and precision and overall a great young lady who was working hard and making sure if I had any concerns it would be taken care of.
